This Privacy Policy explains how Growth By Guy ("I", "me", "my"), operated by Guy Cohen, based in Rome, Italy, handles information collected through the website growthbyguy.com (the "Site"). I respect your privacy and only collect what's needed to run the Site and respond to enquiries.

02What I collect

I keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you use the Site, this may include:

• Contact details you provide. If you email me or book a call, I receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to share about your business.
• Analytics data. The Site uses analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) that collect non-identifying technical information: pages visited, time on page, approximate location (city/country level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Used by those analytics tools to understand how the Site is used. See section 05.

I do not collect payment information through the Site, and I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle our conversation and any resulting work, plus any period required for legal or accounting reasons. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider's standard retention settings.

You may also withdraw consent for analytics at any time, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
