These Terms govern your use of the website growthbyguy.com (the "Site"), operated by Guy Cohen ("Growth By Guy", "I", "me", "my"), based in Rome, Italy. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

01What this Site is

The Site presents information about my fractional growth and marketing leadership services for DTC and e-commerce brands. It is for general information and to let you get in touch. Using the Site does not create a client relationship; that begins only through a separate, signed engagement agreement.

02No guarantees of results

Any figures, case results, or performance numbers shown on the Site describe past work and are not a promise or guarantee of future results. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside my control, including your product, market, budget, and execution. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or investment advice.

03Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, and the Growth By Guy name and branding, belongs to me or is used with permission. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without my written consent.
